Financial Assistance

Pastors serving full time are potentially eligible to receive a 50% tuition discount for their children to attend CCS. This would include licensed pastors, missionaries, and others involved in full time Christian ministry. If you would like more information about this tuition discount please contact our Admissions Team. 

CCS uses BeneFAQ Services to determine financial aid qualification. Any family is welcome complete an application and pay the online, non-refundable $35 fee.

In addition to basic information of name, address, phone, email, income, and necessary living expenses, you will also need to submit the following:

• The first two (2) pages of your federal income tax return, at a minimum. Other pages may be requested if needed.
• Your State tax return (if applicable).
• Supporting documentation for other non-taxable income.
• The four (4) most recent pay stubs for each wage income listed on your application.
• Schedule C & SE if self-employed.
• Forms 1065, 1120, 8829 (if applicable), Schedule K-1 (if applicable) for business owners.
• You may opt to include applicable medical expenses, elder care expenses, etc.

Once your application is submitted, BeneFAQ will generate a FACT Report. Typically within 3-5 business days. CCS uses the FACT Report to determine each family’s financial aid qualification.

CCS does not meet the full financial need of an applicant and no student’s tuition is ever 100% covered.
