We believe the middle school years provide a great opportunity for students to grow emotionally, intellectually and spiritually as they enter into a time of intense transition. If given the opportunity, these students will blossom into committed disciples of Christ who are prepared to make a difference in their high school and community.
Since middle school students need a place to grapple with life issues in a safe environment, we intentionally structure our environment to meet their emotional, social, academic and spiritual needs through programming, scheduling, ministry, class offerings, and age appropriate practices. We strive to keep a balance between the authority and autonomy middle school students need during these transitional years.
Beginning in 6th grade, students take a series of ministry trips that target our state, nation and a Spanish speaking culture. These ministry trips, along with our emphasis on character development and academic preparation, give the students a broad view of God’s love for the world and how He uses people to touch lives.
Many of our students enter into high school with a call of God on their lives, ready to stand up for the Lord Jesus Christ. Our vision is to send students out into area high schools each year with the purpose of being a blessing and impacting their generation with the gospel message of hope and salvation in Christ.
