Serve-A-Thon 2024: Above And Beyond

Ephesians 3:20-21 says “Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”

At CCS our focus goes beyond simply providing a quality education with a Biblical worldview. The goal of Serve-A-Thon is to empower students to serve, and also to seek out additional ways to serve beyond SAT, reminding them that acts of service–in the community, in school, and in their homes–are a physical demonstration of our mission: Knowing Jesus, walking with Him, learning to be like Him, and joining Him in transforming the world.

This year we are partnering with 8 local Christian nonprofits who are having an impact in the lives of children, assisting families with the basic needs of food and clothing and going above & beyond to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ in tangible ways. Our PreK-12th graders are serving by organizing food & clothing drives, collecting change, filling duffle bags for foster children, and making birthday bags.
