Serve-A-Thon 2023: Stronger Together

Our 2023 Serve-A-Thon theme is Stronger Together.  Here at CCS, we believe that education is a partnership between the home, the church, and the school.  When we work together, we are stronger.  Ephesians 2:19-21 says, “You are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone, in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord.”

Our students & staff represent over 40 churches in our community.  Many of these churches have or partner with ministries that serve those in need.  The week of November 13th through the 17th, our students, from Pre-K to 11th grade, will serve by going out and being a blessing to organizations like Hope Distributed, Community Harvest, VMRC, New Creation, and Camp Horizon’s.  Our prayer is that, as we unite together to serve our community, God will continue to unite us as a school.
